Hurricane Hilary strengthens near Mexico

Hurricane Hilary is expected to bring heavy rain to the southwestern portion of the United States. The storm is now a Category 4 hurricane, with maximum winds of 145 miles per hour. Hilary is expected to weaken by Saturday. The National Hurricane Center says there is a chance Hilary could be a tropical storm or tropical depression when it hits the U.S.
