AZ sheriff focuses on highways to stem drug trafficking

On a daily basis, local law enforcement in parts of Arizona are dealing border related crime, as well as any potential effects from the expiry of a legal provision known as Title 42. According to detectives, drug traffickers and human smugglers are using the state's major highways to move quickly, so some agencies are focusing their attention on this issue, in order to stop it in its tracks. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett recently joined Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb for a ride-along, and has more. It should also be noted that Lamb is running to be the 2024 Republican Party nominee for Senate seat currently held by independent Kyrsten Sinema.
