Phoenix Canal Killings: Penalty phase continues in Arizona murders

Bryan Patrick Miller was convicted of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and killing Angela Brosso and Melanie Bernas in the early-90s. A judge ruled Miller is eligible for the death penalty. Witnesses who knew Miller are expected to testify on April 19 as to why they believe his life should be spared.
