Gilbert school district holds 'water festival' to teach students about conserving water

Students in the East Valley got a lesson on all things water, as well as how to save it, as part of a two-day, hands-on learning event. FOX 10's Danielle Miller has more on the water festival organized by Gilbert Public Schools.
