Arizona Saguaro Cacti cut down during construction work at golf course

The Arizona Department of Agriculture is investigating, after video surfaced of a construction crew cutting down a pair of Saguaro Cacti with chainsaws. According to Arizona law, removing a Saguaro or any native plant is against the law. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara has more.
