Arizona cleaning up from winter storm damage

It's still a big mess at the Rancho Sierra Apartments near 32nd Street and Shea after one of the trees pulled up a water main pipe, leaving residents without power for almost 24 hours now. That's just one of many problems Valley residents are facing in the aftermath of this winter storm. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
