Cacti in Phoenix negatively impacted by rain and wind

Last year's monsoon and this year's rain are causing water logging issues for cacti in the desert, and high winds lately aren't helping. FOX 10's Danielle Miller has more from Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix.
