Suspect 'down' following shooting near north Phoenix high school

The shooting, according to police, happened near 23rd Avenue and Glendale. Officials with Glendale Unified School District say the shooting, which happened near Washington High School, did not involve a student with the school. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
