10 years ago: Parts of Phoenix area turns into winter wonderland thanks to graupel

It has been 10 years since parts of the Valley turned into a winter wonderland of sorts as a result of a storm. It happened on Feb. 20, 2013, when the storm dumped graupel, or a kind of soft hail, all over the Valley.
