Rio Verde Water Crisis: Residents sound optimistic note over AG opinion

Residents in the Rio Verde area say they hope an opinion by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, which states that Maricopa County can provide water to residents in the area, can be a good first step towards people in the area getting the water they need after Scottsdale's decision to no longer supply them with water.
