Wichita, Kansas police chief Joe Sullivan had to spend 15 minutes on a street corner and hold up a sign that reads 'Chief's Kingdom' after the Kansas City Chief defeated the Philadelphia Eagles during Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona. Chief Sullivan is an Eagles fan.
