Family pleads for suspect who killed 8-year-old boy in hit-and-run to come forward

A west Phoenix family is mourning the loss of 8-year-old Jerel Glenn. Loved ones say Jerel was walking a short distance to an apartment when he stepped in the street and got hit. "Why couldn’t you even stop and check on my grandson? You killed my grandson, and you didn’t even stop."
