Southwest Airlines Disruptions: Company execs face Congress following holiday meltdown

The airline has been in hot water as a result of millions of people being left stranded during the Christmas holiday. While many airline companies were affected by winter storms at the time, it took Southwest nearly a week to get back up and running once again. Reporter Lydia Hu has more.
