Pipeline Fire: Wildfire spreading north of Flagstaff forces evacuations, suspect arrested

The Pipeline Fire is 6 miles north of Flagstaff and has burned over 4,000 acres so far. A suspect has been arrested in connection to the fire, the sheriff's office says.
