Ahead of monsoon season, Phoenix area first responders take part in swiftwater rescue training

On June 15, 2022's monsoon season will officially begin, and along with the heavy winds, blowing dust and rain, the state will also experience flash flooding, and first responders are getting trained on how to conduct a swiftwater rescue. FOX 10's Anita Roman reports.
