Life-altering event inspires Arizona man to become DPS trooper

When Brian Ochoa was a teen, two Arizona Department of Public Safety troopers came to his house to deliver the horrible news that his dad had died in a crash. Ochoa found purpose in that tragedy and became a DPS trooper, and recently, he got the chance to meet those troopers who inspired him so many years ago.
