Arizona Humane Society welcomes dozens of dogs from the Navajo Nation

Many of the dogs are puppies or mothers who are pregnant or nursing. These arrivals are part of the group's "Project Reachout" to bring pets from other animal welfare organizations to the Valley. In 2021, more than 960 pets were brought here through this program.
