Record-breaking temperatures couldn't scare away thousands of country music fans from attending "Boots in the Park" in Tempe. Concert organizers, however, made sure to take extra precautions. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has the story.

Shots fired at Democratic campaign office in Tempe

Police are investigating shots fired at a Democratic Party campaign office near Priest Drive and Southern Avenue. No one was inside the office at the time of the shooting. The incident is being investigated as a property damage crime.

ASU adding $350 tuition surcharge amid budget cuts

Arizona State University says budget cuts mean a loss of $24 million for the school. To recoup some of the lost funds, the university will add a new $350 tuition surcharge for full-time on-campus students this spring. Some scholarship programs will also be cut, along with a reduction of the Arizona Teacher's Academy. ASU will also close its Lake Havasu center.
