Former Arizona AG Brnovich faces ethics complaints following 2020 election reports

What did Arizona's former attorney general know about the 2020 election and when did he know it? Reports from Mark Brnovich's former office were made public and they show there was no election fraud in Arizona. According to the current AG, Kris Mayes, Bronovich knew about it for months, but instead of going public, he stayed quiet. Now, Brnovich is facing at least eight ethics complaints at the Arizona Bar which oversees lawyers in the state.

A retired federal magistrate judge was appointed to review the execution process in Arizona as part of an examination ordered by Gov. Katie Hobbs of procurement of lethal injection drugs and other death penalty protocols due to the state’s history of mismanaging executions.

Arizona AG: No evidence of widespread voter fraud found in 2020 election

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes released more documents related to the investigations into the 2020 general election, including three documents from former Attorney General Mark Brnovich. Mayes' office says agents and staff spent hours looking at any possible irregularities, however, no they found no evidence of widespread voter fraud. Mayes' report says there were a few instances of voter fraud submitted to prosecutors, but it was nothing out of the ordinary from other elections.
