Woman suffers 2nd & 3rd degree burns in Glendale apt fire
A Glendale woman is suffering second and third degree burns after neighbors say they pulled her out of a burning apartment early Sunday morning.
Glendale Fire crews responded to a first alarm apartment fire before 2am Sunday and found flames and smoke in an apartment on the second story of the complex. Neighbors tell Fox 10 they had pulled the woman out of the burning apartment. Firefighters say she was suffering second and third degree burns, and she was quickly transported to the hospital.
Fire crews say the apartment was destroyed, and at least two others suffered serious water damage. Investigators are now looking into what started the fire.
