Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport had to deal with two serious breaches within weeks. The encroachments were done by fence jumpers. The first one made national headlines and videos of the incident became viral.

The man who stripped naked got all the way to an aircraft before police got him in custody.

Since those early summer incidents, the airport manager has been reviewing changes to head off the next fence jumper.

The primary change was adding jail-like wire to put on top and the bottom of airport fences.

It is not a quick-fix solution because there is almost thirty miles that must be covered.

What about motion sensors? General Manager Balram Bheodari said sensors can create more problems than they fix. Other airports that have used them wound up taking them down because animals triggered false alarms.
