Tempe Police looking for suspect who hit 3 pedestrians; releases sketch
TEMPE, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Tempe Police officials are asking for the public's help, as they look for the suspect in connection with an accident involving three pedestrians.
The incident happened at around 2:41 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, near the 20th block of E. Del Rio Drive. The victims were walking south when the suspect hit all three pedestrians. The suspect was then seen fleeing the scene, heading north onto Mill Avenue.
According to FOX 10's report on the incident, the victims are identified as two adults and a 3-year-old. All were taken to a local hospital, and are expected to survive.
The suspect is described by Tempe Police as a "tan skin": make in his 20s, with a clean cut thin face and short dark hair in a military-style cut. The car is described as a four-door passenger car with tinted windows, possibly a Volkswagen sedan. The car has possible damage to the front bumper, grill, engine hood, and windshield.
