PHOENIX - A teenager was shot in Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The incident happened around 3:15 p.m. near 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road on Feb. 7.
Officers responded to the shooting and found a teenager with at least one gunshot wound. The teen was taken to the hospital with critical injuries but is said to be stable.
