SPALDING COUNTY, Ga. - A Spalding County man will spend 20 years in prison for a racially motivated murder that happened more than 34 years ago.
Bill Moore pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and concealing the death of Timothy Coggins.
Coggins was killed in 1983.

Investigators said he was stabbed and dragged behind a truck.
After serving his time, Moore will spend 10 years on probation.
In June, a Spalding County judge sentenced Frankie Gebhardt to life in prison for the murder.
