SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- The Scottsdale Unified School District is trying to figure out the future of Navajo Elementary School.
The school was forced to close, after a fire in August caused serious damage. 300 students had to be relocated.
During the meeting, a presentation walked parents through some of the options they may see of the now-shuttered school, which consists of a complete rebuild that could cost as much as $20 million, or repairs that could cost $5 million to $10 million.
Some of the cost could be offset by insurance, and some of those expenses could be higher, due to asbestos removal.
