President Trump holds ‘Make America Great Again’ rallies in Prescott, Tucson
President Donald Trump has been in the state six times during this election.
PHOENIX - With just over two weeks to go before Election Day, the road to the White House made its way through Arizona once again.
President Donald Trump made a return visit to our state, but not to the Valley. Instead, he made a pair of stops in northern and southern Arizona.
First, the president stopped in Prescott. He held a "Make America Great Again Rally" rally at Prescott Regional Airport.

President Trump makes return visit to Arizona
With less than two weeks before Election Day and many in Arizona are already voting, which may be why the president is making not one, but two stops in Arizona on Oct. 19. FOX 10's Anita Roman reports.
Trump then headed to Tucson where he spoke at Tucson International Airport at a "Make America Great Again Rally" at the Tucson Jet Center.
Originally, President Trump was set to visit Tucson on Oct. 5 and Flagstaff on Oct. 6, but the visits were postponed after he tested positive for COVID-19.
There was a waiver guests must agree to in order to register for tickets, which acknowledges the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and releasing the Trump campaign from any liability from illness or injury.
At one of the rallies, Trump remarked, “Biden's lockdown will crush America. My plan will crush the virus and bring back your American dream.”
With just weeks to go until Election Day, all eyes are on Arizona’s 11 electoral votes. Arizona is a historically Republican state, which Trump won in 2016.
Randy Bustamate, a supporter of Trump, says, “Actually, I’m going to be a first-time voter and I’m not involved in any parties, but I think I’m leaning towards the right for Republican.”
Trump is set to campaign every day leading up to Thursday’s debate in Florida. As for former Vice President Biden, he will remain in Delaware until debate night.
As far as COVID-19 safety at the rallies, the Trump campaign told FOX 10 that masks were recommended but not required. Most of those in the crowd were not wearing masks, and social distancing was near impossible with the packed crowds.
The Trump Campaign has been making frequent visits to Arizona, as the state is considered to be a battleground state in the 2020 presidential election. According to two recent polls, one by OH Predictive Insights and one by Monmouth University, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is ahead of Trump in terms of support.
