Police: Pedestrian hit by light rail in Phoenix

PHOENIX - Phoenix police say Washington is closed between 44th and 50th Streets after a pedestrian was hit by the light rail.

Valley Metro says delays are expected due to the collision.

Police have not released any information about injuries.
