Motorcyclist killed in north Phoenix crash

PHOENIX - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash near Cave Creek and Bell roads on Saturday night, Phoenix police said.

Jay Dils, 52, was reportedly heading northbound down Cave Creek Road when a vehicle turned out into the street from a private drive in front of him, causing the collision.

Dils died from his injuries at the hospital. 

Police say the driver did not show signs of intoxication and was released.
