Mesa police need help locating man who sent "Goodbye" text message
Mesa police need the community's help locating 42-year-old David McHenry.
McHenry was last seen cleaning out his car around 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the area of Southern Avenue and Crismon, according to Steven Berry with the Mesa Police Department.
Police are concerned about McHenry's whereabouts because he has been battling a gambling addiction and sent a text message to family members stating he was sorry and was no longer going to be around, Berry said.
McHenry drives a black, 2014 Nissan Altima with an Arizona license plate, BHN-3886, which authorities have not been able to locate.
McHenry is an African-American man with black eyes and black hair. He is 6-foot-2-inches-tall, weighing 265 pounds.

UPDATE: David McHenry was found and is okay, according to Mesa police.
