PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A man who just got out of jail is back behind bars.
Deputies say he got out of the 4th Avenue Jail, and then tried to steal a Maricopa County Sheriff's Office vehicle.
They arrested 29-year-old David Spurlock who had just been released on drug charges from the 4th Avenue Jail.
Surveillance video shows Spurlock running around the jail exterior after his release.
He went over to a marked MCSO semi-truck and trailer that was backed into the jail loading docks.
He made it inside the cabin, but wasn't able to start the truck.
Deputies took him into custody and he told them he was going to sell the truck for money.
Now Spurlock is back in the jail and is facing burglary charges. A judge has ordered he be held without bond.
