PHOENIX - Police are searching for answers after a man was shot and killed at a Phoenix apartment complex on Thursday night.
The shooting happened near 16th Street and Broadway at around 10:30 p.m. on June 22, police said.
What led up to the shooting hasn't been detailed by police.
On June 26, Phoenix Police said Cadence Allen, 18, was arrested and is accused of killing Lashaw White, 18.

Man arrested in deadly south Phoenix shooting
Phoenix Police say 18-year-old Cadence Allen was arrested after the shooting death of an 18-year-old man near 16th Street and Broadway.
Allen was booked into jail on suspicion of first-degree murder, among other felonies.
