PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) - Prescott National Forest officials say crews have established fully contained a 16-acre wildfire at Lynx Lake, a popular recreation site on the outskirts of Prescott.
A statement released by forest officials said crews have 100 percent contained the fire but will continue to extinguish interior burning fuels and mop-up.
The fire was reported on Friday east of the boat ramp on the lake's south shore.
The fire is believed to be human-caused and is still under investigation.
