Good Samaritan stabbed and killed in Mesa

The Samaritan ended up being stabbed and killed. His killer fled the area and was recently taken into police custody.

Friends say the victim was only 27-years-old, he didn't live at the complex but was visiting with friends.

He heard the domestic violence situation and stepped into action to protect the woman who said she was being physically abused.

In the process of confronting the man, the victim was stabbed and later died.
