1. Deadly double house fire in Phoenix
A woman was found dead after a double house fire broke out on Jan. 10 near 83rd Avenue and Thomas Road, Phoenix Fire Department officials said.
2. Trump sentenced in hush money case
Judge Juan M. Merchan's sentence of "unconditional discharge" means no jail time or punishment for President-elect Trump other than having the conviction on his record.
3. LA wildfires: Friends flee California for Arizona
