Black Fire doesn't improve much after rainfall

Most evacuation orders have been lifted as crews continue to battle a wildfire that sparked in the Tonto National Forest.

The Black Fire has burned 11,162 acres as of July 18. The fire was caused by lightning and is 85% contained.
