PHOENIX (FOX 10) - The popular apparel company, State 48, has partnered with the Arizona Humane Society to help give back to the shelter in a big way.

Every day of the year, the Arizona Humane Society is helping to make sure pets around our state are safe. As a non-profit organization, that can sometimes be a difficult task to take care of so many cats and dogs.

That's why the humane society was excited to partner with popular Arizona-based apparel company, State 48.

"As a non-profit organization, these partnerships are critical to the success of our organization and the longevity and really building our financial future," said Bretta Nelson with the Arizona Human Society.

They came up with a T-shirt featuring cats and dogs on the iconic State 48 logo.

"Five dollars from every shirt goes right back to the Arizona Humane Society and little kitties and dogs that you see here and it really supports our life saving programs," said Nelson.

A partnership that helps these four-legged friends.

"State 48 is more than just hats and T-shirts, it's really about collaborating with great causes around the valley and causes that people really support," said Nelson.
