PHOENIX - Police say one man has died and another is injured after being shot in Phoenix.
According to Sgt. Vincent Cole with Phoenix Police, the shooting happened on Feb. 18 near the canal at 35th Avenue and Osborn.
The man who died at the scene has been identified as 38-year-old Brian Donin. The other man is 40 years old and was transported to the hospital.
Police say witnesses told them the suspects were possibly two men on bicycles.
"Officers are actively working this scene investigating what led up to this incident," Sgt. Cole said in a statement.
No other information was released.
