Police searching for man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Glendale
GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - The search is on for a man who allegedly attacked a teenage girl in Glendale.
According to police, the man allegedly threw the girl to the ground and sexually assaulted her.
Nearly a month after the alleged victim was attacked and sexually assaulted, the man behind the act is still on the streets. On Wednesday, Glendale police released the suspect's sketch today. The suspect is described as either an African American or a Hispanic man, with dark skin.
As far as what happened, police officials said the teen was walking between businesses, near 54th Avenue and Came;back. The alleged victim was heading home, when the man allegedly grabbed her and forced her to the floor. According to investigators, the female was sexually assaulted.
The attack reportedly happened at around 7:30 p.m. on October 17.
