During proceedings ahead of her second trial in Arizona, Lori Vallow Daybell was in a spat with the presiding judge over what she alleges was bias on the part of the judge. Vallow Daybell had asked Judge Justin Beresky to recuse himself from the case. For her 2nd AZ trial, Vallow Daybell is accused of conspiring to have her ex-nephew-in-law, Brandon Boudreaux, killed.
