Holiday lights dispute in Arcadia heats up
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Two days before Thanksgiving, the battle over a holiday light display at a home in Phoenix's Arcadia neighborhood is heating up.
Earlier in November, FOX 10 Phoenix reported that a homeowner has pulled the plug on his annual tradition. Neighbors reportedly complained to the City of Phoenix about traffic congestion and food sales.
The City didn't say the homeowner could not display the lights, and said he can give away hot chocolate and cookies, but not sell them.
Now, the Goldwater Institute is getting involved.
