Traffic Coordinator
Fox Television in Phoenix, Arizona is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Manipulating and creating daily logs to ensure that spots are placed correctly
- Manage commercial inventory to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all elements on the log are accurate
- Verify logs conform to FCC regulations
- Consistently report available commercial time to Sales
- Ensure accuracy of advertiser commercials placing on station log(s). Includes, downloading, coordinating, and scheduling local commercial materials for advertisers – spot and PAID in advance of airtime as well as day of.
- Research and resolve discrepancies when necessary
- Provide backup support to other employees in the traffic department as needed
- Monthly edit of commercial roster to ensure relevant and required commercials are available to air.
- Utilizing Wide Orbit software to perform essential functions of the job
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy. Cross-training is essential for this role. Communicate professionally with advertising agencies and station personnel in various departments. Prior broadcast traffic experience on the Wide Orbit traffic system preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required; College degree pref. Varied hours and overtime as needed. KSAZ TV – Digital Account Executive
FOX10 Phoenix is looking to hire an experienced media/digital salesperson to generate revenue selling Fox’s OTT platform (FLX), FOX10 streaming, and digital advertising campaigns alongside FOX’s broadcast television sales teams.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience with daily high-volume sales activity in a B2B sales environment.
- A sales hunter mentality - you love the thrill of the hunt and closing new business!
- Source new sales opportunities through a combination of identifying and researching potential accounts, soliciting new business via outbound communication as well as inbound lead follow-up
- Excels with outside selling - presenting live in person or via zoom.
- Managed a book of business and understand how to organize/plan your day.
- Favor metrics/data and thrive within results driven sales culture and have a track record to prove it!
- You have experience in building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing presentations.
In addition to cultivating new business, you’ll track and manage multiple sales cycles. As a product expert, you will participate in brainstorming, staff meetings, client meetings, researching and assisting in proposal development, campaign reporting. Must have or be willing to obtain and drive reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license. Local travel and varied hours required. Digital Video Advertising and/or Digital Agency/Digital Publisher experience preferred but not required. College degree preferred. Familiarity with basic digital media technology is helpful but not required. Excellent communication/presentation skills required along with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

KSAZ TV – Account Executive
FOX 10 / FOX10Xtra in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for an Account Executive. This position is responsible for generating digital and broadcast revenue for Phoenix, Arizona’s top news and sports stations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and results-oriented and thrives developing new business, selling OTT and CTV platforms, creating, and selling unique multi-screen promotional sponsorships, and maintaining and improving an existing client list. The successful AE candidate must be able to work in a team environment, possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills and be able to develop strong client and agency relationships . This candidate must also be able to identify qualified targets and opportunities and aggressively pursue digital, OTT and new business advertisers, provide strategic advice throughout the sales process, and close new sales. We are looking for someone that can bring together all our resources [FLX/OTT, Top Rated Local News, FOX sports, Market-leading news, MyNetwork TV, Multi-platform Sponsorships and Promotions] and provide marketing solutions in a creative manner to achieve a high level of results. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: process transactional business, timely management of accounts and administrative tasks, maintain a high level of communication with station and corporate management, sales staff, and all station personnel. Participate in sales trainings and meetings.
- 3+ years professional experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development, preferably in a TV sales environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience developing new business, with a record of digital success.
- Skilled negotiator and motivator.
- Excellent organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills.
- Digitally savvy. Proficiency with computers and cloud-based communication applications. Experience with WideOrbit preferred.
- Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on client pending and pipelines.
- Must have or be willing to obtain reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.
- Local travel and entertainment, weekends, holidays, and varied hours may be required.
