Arizona weather forecast: Warmer-than-normal temps continue in Phoenix

Thursday will be much of the same as Wednesday was in the Valley – sunny skies and above-average temps.

By the numbers:

On Feb. 6, the high in Phoenix reached 80 degrees.

Heading into the weekend, temps will cool down slightly, with highs in the upper 70s.

What they're saying:

"Warm and pleasant weather conditions continue through this weekend under mostly sunny skies. Cooler temperatures are expected to settle into the region heading into next week," the National Weather Service Phoenix wrote on X.

Looking Further Ahead:

By early next week, additional moisture leads to a low chance of showers in the High Country. It still appears the pattern remains mostly dry for the extended forecast, but temperatures will drop into the low 70s and upper 60s next week.
