Maricopa County now accepting petitions to have marijuana convictions expunged from criminal record

The legal avenue that will allow marijuana-related criminal records to be expunged was made possible by Proposition 207, which was passed by voters in November 2020. People can petition for their records to be expunged beginning July 12.
