PD: Man shot while crossing street in Phoenix

Police say the victim was crossing the street near 18th and Grand Avenues at about 12:30 a.m. on May 19 when a vehicle pulled up and someone inside opened fire. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information at this time.
