Some Scottsdale residents upset after new lights were installed at high school

Residents say the new lights are just too bright, and they also claim the lights at Chaparral High School were installed without warning. Officials with Scottsdale Unified School District, however, say residents were notified. FOX 10's Jennifer Martinez reports.
