Governor Doug Ducey orders Phoenix to fully open parks for Easter weekend

In a spat with Phoenix city leaders, Gov. Ducey is ordering the city to fully open parks this weekend. This was in response to Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego not allowing access to parks in an effort to stop social gathering during the holiday weekend. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports.
