Description: PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Interstate 17 has reopened between Glendale and Northern after authorities say the freeway was shut down due to a multi-car crash. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened along southbound I-17 near the Glendale Avenue exit and it may have been caused by two vehicles racing on the freeway.
