Deadly chain-reaction crash closes I-10 in Phoenix

A deadly chain-reaction crash has closed Interstate 10 at 67th Avenue in Phoenix. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened when two drivers stopped their vehicles along eastbound I-10 at 51st Avenue to exchange information. Two other drivers stopped their vehicles behind them and a box truck traveling behind was unable to stop and struck the rear-most vehicle, causing a chain-reaction crash.
