Silent Witness Saturday: 28-year-old shot and killed

A shooting suspect has been on the run for eight years since fatally shooting 28-year-old Victor Galindo who was walking through the parking lot of an apartment complex in Phoenix. Anyone with information is asked to call 480-WITNESS.
