Arizona bill aims to crack down on animal cruelty
The bill, known as SB1234, would broaden animal cruelty laws in Arizona, and would define the most basic care required for pets. The bill, if passed, would also add penalties for knowingly failing to give animals necessary medical attention. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean reports.
